The Rays signing Jake Brentz to a minor league deal has me thinking… is this a steal for Tampa Bay or a last-ditch effort for Brentz? He clearly has the stuff, a 97mph fastball isn’t easy to come by, but the control issues are glaring. Can the Rays, known for their pitching development, unlock his 2021 potential?
